> This promotion is for pet owners with puppies between 3 and 8 months old. Owners will have to fax or scan a copy of their AVA permit with the application.

> Upon receipt of your application, Addiction will send a Puppy Care card by post. Members must produce this card to enjoy special rates at participating pet stores.

> The Puppy Care program will be valid for a period of 4 months from the date the application is processed.

> There will be a cap to the number of bags pet owners can purchase per month, depending on the breed of the puppy. Details will be found on the Puppy Care card.
